Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100gm seedless dates


  • 250ml full cream milk


  • 2 tbs sugar,(adjust according to your taste)


  • 1/4tsp cardamom powder


  • For garnish-1


  • 1tbsp Chopped pistachio


  • 6-7 saffron strands (soaked in 1 tsp milk)


  • 6-7 chopped almonds

Directions

  • Washdates (khajur)with water, so that the soil removes
  • In a pan boil milk for 5-6 minutes
  • Add khajur in milk and boil until the khajur is soft
  • Mix sugar and cardamom powder in milk
  • Turn off flame
  • Let it cool
  • Once cooled grind in grinder thoroughly,mix well
  • Seive with strainer
  • Serve hot or cold
  • Pour milk in glass, garnish chopped almonds, pistachio and saffron strands
