Washdates (khajur)with water, so that the soil removes
In a pan boil milk for 5-6 minutes
Add khajur in milk and boil until the khajur is soft
Mix sugar and cardamom powder in milk
Turn off flame
Let it cool
Once cooled grind in grinder thoroughly,mix well
Seive with strainer
Serve hot or cold
Pour milk in glass, garnish chopped almonds, pistachio and saffron strands
