Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups soya chunks


  • 1tsp Salt


  • 1 Tomato


  • 1 Onion


  • 1 tsp Cumin powder


  • 1 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes


  • 1 tsp Garam Masala


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp Red chili powder


  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste


  • 1 tsp Oil


  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seed


  • 1/3 tsp Cumin seed


  • 1/4 cup Chopped coriander

Directions

  • In pot take 1 glass of water and 1/2 tsp salt, add soya chunks
  • Boiled it at high temp for 3 mins
  • now throw the water and washed it again with normal water, squeeze soya chunks
  • Now in pan take oil on medium flame
  • Give tadka with mustard and cumin seeds, add ginger garlic paste
  • Till time make purée of coconut, tomato and onion
  • Add this purée in the pan and cook 2 mins, or till it’s almost water free
  • Add all the spices and soya chunks
  • If you want can add little water to make rassa curry
  • Now cover with lid and cook for 1-2 mins
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves on it
  • Add salt while adding spices.
  • Serve it with brown rice, noodles or with chapati
