In pot take 1 glass of water and 1/2 tsp salt, add soya chunks
Boiled it at high temp for 3 mins
now throw the water and washed it again with normal water, squeeze soya chunks
Now in pan take oil on medium flame
Give tadka with mustard and cumin seeds, add ginger garlic paste
Till time make purée of coconut, tomato and onion
Add this purée in the pan and cook 2 mins, or till it’s almost water free
Add all the spices and soya chunks
If you want can add little water to make rassa curry
Now cover with lid and cook for 1-2 mins
Sprinkle coriander leaves on it
Add salt while adding spices.
Serve it with brown rice, noodles or with chapati
