1 medium onion 1 tsp garlic paste 1 cup parsley or corriander leaves 2 green chillies 1 tsp cumin pwd 1 tsp corriander pwd 1 tsp red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp maida 2 cups oil
Directions
Soak chickpeas for 9 hours or overnight
In a mixer jar add chickpeas onion cut into pieces garlic paste green chillies and parsley
Crush the mixture in to coarse not fine paste
Take the mixture in a bowl
Add cumin pwd corriander pwd salt red chilli pwd lemon juice maida n mix
Heat oil for frying
Roll the mixture in small balls or patty shape
Put a ball in medium hot oil n check
If the ball cracks then add 1 tbsp more of maida n mix
Make balls from mixture n fry till crispy.
