Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Shallow fry the paneer till lightly golden in color and transfer them to a bowl containing warm water.
In the same pan, add remaining oil.
Add cumin and onion seeds and saute.
Add green chilies and stir fry for few seconds.
Now add the onions and saute till they are pink and translucent.
Add capsicum and stir fry till slightly wilted but still firm.
Add tomatoes and cook until they are mushy.
Add all dry masala powders as well as salt to taste. Give it a good stir and then add Paneer. Mix well to coat masala to the paneer. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Finally add kasoori methi powder and cream. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
