Grind green peas,ginger and 4 green chilly to fine paste
Mix rava, curd and green peas paste and mix it nicely
Add water and make a batter
Add salt and keep it covered for 10 min
After 10 min take it out and adjust consistency by adding water
Meanwhile grease the dhokla mould and heat the water
Add soda in batter and give a quick mix and transfer it to greased mould and bake it for 10 min
Take it out and let it cool
Heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds as it crackle add red chilly, green chilly,curry leaver and coriander
Pour this tadka on a dhokla and cut in desire shape and serve it with chutney
