Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup rava


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/2 cup green peas


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 10 green chilly


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 6-7 curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Grind green peas,ginger and 4 green chilly to fine paste
  • Mix rava, curd and green peas paste and mix it nicely
  • Add water and make a batter
  • Add salt and keep it covered for 10 min
  • After 10 min take it out and adjust consistency by adding water
  • Meanwhile grease the dhokla mould and heat the water
  • Add soda in batter and give a quick mix and transfer it to greased mould and bake it for 10 min
  • Take it out and let it cool
  • Heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds as it crackle add red chilly, green chilly,curry leaver and coriander
  • Pour this tadka on a dhokla and cut in desire shape and serve it with chutney
