Ingredients

  • 1 cup aata

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp sugar powder

  • 1/2 cup water ya jaroorat anusar

  • 3 Big size patatoes

  • 1/4 cup grated ya crumbled paneer

  • 2 tbsp coriander

  • 1/2 tsp mango powder

  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder

  • 2-3 tsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder

Directions

    Aloo aur maida ko mix kare aur salt, sugar powder, 3 tsp oil mix kare.

    Curd baking powder, baking soda mix kare aur thoda thoda paani mix karke soft dough bana le.

    Aloo ko boil karke mash kare aur paneer ko grate karke mix kare.

    Kadhai me oil garam kare hing daale chilly powder, garam masala powder daale.

    Mashed aloo mix kare aur salt, mango powder, cumin powder aur chopped coriander mix kare.

    Dough se thoda aata le aur aloo ki stuffing bhare aur band karke chopped coriander thoda as laga kar bel le.

    Ek side paani laga kar garam tawe me daale aur chilla de achche se.

    Thoda se bubbles aane par tawa ko ulta karke sekh le dusri side bhi.

    An chiye ku sahayta se gas par sekh le.

    Upper se better laga kar serve kare.

  • 11

    Sabhi ya rayta, chutney ya pickle se saath serve kare.
