Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Marination: Paneer 250 grm thick curd 4 tbs tikka masala 1 tbsp tandoori masala 1 tbp chillie sauce 1 tbsp GRAVY onions 2 tomatoes 4 cashew pwdr 2 tbsp kasuri methi 2 tbsp salt to taste


  • Whole spices 1 bay leaf


  • Zeera 1 tsp


  • Cloves 2


  • Black pepper 2


  • Cinnamon 1 pc

Directions

  • Marinate the Paneer with the mentioned ingridients
  • In oil fry the sliced onions till golden brown
  • Drain the oil and remove the onions and grind the onions to a smooth paste.Set aside
  • Char grill the tomatoes .deskin them and grind them too.set aside
  • In the same oil add Zeera, while spices and fry
  • Add the egg paste
  • Add the fried onion paste
  • Gradually add the tomato puree and adjust the salt
  • Add the cashew nut pwdr
  • Add the Kasuri methi
  • Add the marinated paneer.mix v gently
  • Let it saute till oil separates
  • Serve warm with chapatis
