Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup mungdaal


  • 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut


  • 2 tablespoon besan


  • 2 tablespoon rice flour


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1/2cup coriander leaves


  • 2 -3 green chillies chopped


  • 1teaspoon salt or as per you taste


  • 1/4 cup Oil/ ghee

Directions

  • Soak mungdaal for 4-5 hours or overnight if preparing for breakfast
  • Grind daal and coconut to a smooth paste
  • Add besan and rice flour
  • Add onions, coriander leaves, chillies and salt. can also add grated carrots or radish.
  • Mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes
  • Heat dosa pan and spread batter to a thin circular dosa. apply oil and cover the lid cook for 30 seconds.
  • Remove lid and flip dosa cook for 30seconds
  • Serve hot with chutney or tomato gravy
