Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 NO'S OF RAW CORN


  • 1/4 tbsp. of salt to taste


  • 1 no's of bell pepper


  • 3 to 4 no's of mint leaves


  • 2 to 3 no's of basil leaves


  • 1 medium sized lemon


  • 1/4 tbsp. of lemon zest


  • 1/4 tbsp. of black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tbsp. of chat masala powder


  • 2 to 3 no's of medium sized finely chopped onions


  • 3 tbsp. of mandarin juice and zest


  • 1/2 cup of sprouted horse gram


  • 2 to 3 no's of garlic cloves

Directions

  • For the salsa: To start with boil the fresh raw corn into a pressure cooker for about 2 to 3 whistles until its medium cooked.add salt to taste.now coming back take a chopping board and finely chop onions, and bell peppers and set aside.now break 2 to 3 garlic cloves and peel off the skin. roughly or finely chop green chilies and set aside.
  • Coming out to the sprouted horse gram,soak the horse gram overnight and drain out before day and let it sprout.
  • now take large mixing bowl and add in boiled corns,sprouted moong(horse gram), finely chopped bell pepper, smashed garlic cloves, chili powder, lime juice, lime zest and mix well.
  • add in finely chopped onions and black pepper powder and combine well.
  • Enjoy this healthy corn and sprout salsa with during meal with family and friends.
