Ingredients

3 NO'S OF RAW CORN
1/4 tbsp. of salt to taste
1 no's of bell pepper
3 to 4 no's of mint leaves
2 to 3 no's of basil leaves
1 medium sized lemon
1/4 tbsp. of lemon zest
1/4 tbsp. of black pepper powder
1/4 tbsp. of chat masala powder
2 to 3 no's of medium sized finely chopped onions
3 tbsp. of mandarin juice and zest
1/2 cup of sprouted horse gram
2 to 3 no's of garlic cloves
Directions
For the salsa: To start with boil the fresh raw corn into a pressure cooker for about 2 to 3 whistles until its medium cooked.add salt to taste.now coming back take a chopping board and finely chop onions, and bell peppers and set aside.now break 2 to 3 garlic cloves and peel off the skin. roughly or finely chop green chilies and set aside.
Coming out to the sprouted horse gram,soak the horse gram overnight and drain out before day and let it sprout.
now take large mixing bowl and add in boiled corns,sprouted moong(horse gram), finely chopped bell pepper, smashed garlic cloves, chili powder, lime juice, lime zest and mix well.
add in finely chopped onions and black pepper powder and combine well.
Enjoy this healthy corn and sprout salsa with during meal with family and friends.
