First of all wash black chana and soak in sufficient water for 2-4 hours
Later add some salt to taste and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
Let it cool completely and then remove excess water
Now in a mixing bowl take boiled chana, mashed potatoes, half of oats, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, all the above mentioned spices and salt to taste
Mix well everything in to a uniform mixture and prepare kebabs
Roll them in other half oats properly from all over
Heat tawa and oil ... shallow fry all the kebabs on low heat until golden brown and cooked from all the sides
Lastly, sprinkle some chat masala. Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately with tomato sauce or green chutney
