Leftover chapatis 4
Grated carrot 1 tablespoon
Crushed corns 1 cup
Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chat Masala 1/2 -1 teaspoon
Oil 1-2 tablespoon
Chopped fresh coriander 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Many a times, chapatis are left and we don't understand what to do with them.. because we don't want to waste them or throw them. And mostly wr prepare laddus from them or chapati poha from them. Today, i am going to share my innovative healthy protein packed recipe with you all from chapati . This is also a good option for fussy kids, they will never know that, this tasty beautiful cutlets are made from Chapati with goodness of mixed veggies.
First of all, take Chapatis in a mixie jar and churn them in to coarse mixture
Now, in a mixing bowl take chapati crush , boiled mashed potatoes, grated carrot, crushed corn, ginger garlic paste, all the spices and salt to taste
Mix well everything and prepare cutlets of your favourite shape. I have used heart shaped mould to give shape. coat them properly in bread crumbs from all over
Shallow fry on hot pan using oil until golden brown and done
You can also deep fry cutlets
Serve hot immediately with tomato sauce or green chutney
Enjoy endlessly with family and friends health with taste
