Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup green moong bean


  • 1/2 cup moth beans


  • 1 tablespoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon green chili paste


  • 1 teaspoon garlic chopped


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander


  • 2 lemon vedges


  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard


  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

Directions

  • Soak both beans sepretly for 6 hours
  • Then rinse the water and put both brand in separate cotton clothes and cover it for 8 hours
  • In a pan add oil, heat it add mustard, cumin seeds
  • Then add garlic and green chili paste
  • Add both sprouts and mix well
  • Add 3 tablespoon water cover and cook for 5 min. On low flame
  • Then add salt ,turmeric powder and lemon juice. Mix well
  • Then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander and lemon vedges.
