Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gram mushroom


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tbsp plain flour


  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum


  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt or as a taste


  • 4 clove Garlic


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 cup water


  • 2 tbsp yogurt


  • 4 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Firstly wash mushroom with water and dry on kitchen towel after that cut into two part or four part, if use small mushroom then no need to cut.
  • Take a bowl add corn flour, rice flour, all purpose flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and water, make a paste.
  • Now add mushroom and mix gently. Make sure all mushroom covered with paste. Keep aside for 10 min.
  • After 10 min heat a pan add oil for deep fry and fry mushroom till turn to golden brown.
  • Heat another pan, add oil along with chopped onion, curry leaves, chilli and garlic and saute till they become light pink.
  • Now add chopped peppers and sauté a minute after that add sauce and salt mix well.
  • Add fry mushroom and mix well cook 2 min and off the flame.
  • Serve hot hot mushroom 65 and eat with friends or family
