Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 cup milk


  • 1/4 cup almond


  • 1/4 cup cashew nut


  • 1/4 cup pistachios


  • 6 dates


  • 1/8 cup coconut powder


  • 1 cup chopped makhana


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tbsp water


  • 1 tsp saffron


  • 1/4 cup sugar or as a taste

Directions

  • In a bowl soak almond, cashew nut, pistachios and dates in 1 cup hot milk for an hours.
  • After grind this and make a smooth paste. Take a tbsp hot water and add saffron.
  • Heat a pan add 3 cup milk and add coconut powder, makhana and sugar, mix well and cook 3 to 5 min.
  • After that add dry fruit paste mix well.
  • Now add raisins and soaked saffron and mix well cooked 4 to 5 minute after that switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot hot dry fruit drink or if you like you can drink cold as well.
