Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 slices of sweet bread

  • 1 small smashed potato

  • 1 tbsp green Peas

  • 1 tbsp capsicum chopped

  • 2 tbsp grated carrot

  • 1 tbsp onion chopped

  • 1 green chilli finely chopped

  • 2 tsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp butter

  • 1 tsp grated cheese

  • 1 tsp grated paneer

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

    Heat vegetable oil and add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, grated carrot.

    Add salt to taste, green peas, chopped green chilli and stir fry for 3 minutes on medium-low heat.

    Add mashed potato, cheese.

  • 04

    Add grated paneer, mix well and turn off the gas.

  • 05

    In another pan heat butter and toast bread slices very lightly.

  • 06

    Apply tomato sauce on one side of each bread.

  • 07

    Add the stuffing mixture on one bread slice.

  • 08

    Lastly cover with an another bread slice with the tomato sauce spread facing down.
