Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Soaked chana dal(soaked for 1hr)1/2cup

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Green chillies 2

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • Jeera 1/2 spoon

  • Mustard 1/2spoon

  • Curry leaves 4-5

  • Salt 1/2spoon

  • Sugar 1spoon

  • Oil 1 spoon

  • Coriander 1spoon

  • Turmeric 1/4spoon

Directions

    First grind soaked chana dal ,chillies,garlic & ginger in a grinder to fine paste

  • 02

    Then add paste & curd in a bowl & mix it

  • 03

    Add salt & sugar as per taste ,mix it well

  • 04

    Heat oil in a pan,add jeera,,mustard,turmeric & Curry leaves,make tadka & add in a bowl

  • 05

    Garnish with coriander & yummy chutney is ready

  • 06

    You can serve this with any recipe
