Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • chickpea 2 cup(overnight soaked)


  • Garlic clove 8-10


  • Green chilli 3-4


  • Green coriander leaf 1 handful


  • Salt 1tsp(to taste)


  • Arrarot/cornflour 3-4tbsp


  • Lemon juice 1sp.


  • Baking soda 1/2tsp


  • Onion 2 medium roughly chop


  • Oil for frying 300ml.

Directions

  • Wash n Soaked the chickpea overnight.
  • Strain the water and add chickpea in grinder jar add salt,chilli, garlic,onion,coriander leaf,lemon juice and arrarot powder now grind it without adding water. Make paste.
  • Now transfer the paste in mixing bowl add baking soda mix well keep the mixture in fridge about half hour.
  • Now put tha wok on flame oil now make small size ball out of mixture.
  • Deep fry all balls n serve with tahini dip.
