Wash n Soaked the chickpea overnight.
Strain the water and add chickpea in grinder jar add salt,chilli, garlic,onion,coriander leaf,lemon juice and arrarot powder now grind it without adding water. Make paste.
Now transfer the paste in mixing bowl add baking soda mix well keep the mixture in fridge about half hour.
Now put tha wok on flame oil now make small size ball out of mixture.
Deep fry all balls n serve with tahini dip.
