First soak daal at least half an hour
Now put in pressure cooker with salt and turmeric and black pepper powder only
Have two whistles only
TADKA= put some oil in pan and roast cumin seeds
Add ginger garlic green chilli
Now when it looks golden add chopped onion
Make brown and add tomatoes with all left spices like red chilli powder cumin powder kitchen king hing
Now add some water and stir at low flame for 6 to 7 minutes to make a smooth tadka spreading oil
Now blend soaked cashew make a smooth cream
Put tadka and cream in daal.stir for 2 minutes only
CHHONK=in same tadka oily pan.put one tablespoon desi ghee and add black mustard seeds sabut red hot pepper little bit cumin seeds half cracked peanuts
Roast until hot peppers become dark
Spread it on daal and garnish with coriander leaves
Majedaar daal in my style is ready
