Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cup soaked peanuts


  • 1/2 cup tofu/paneer cut in small cubes


  • 1 Cucumber for boat


  • 1 carrot for oars (boat sticks)


  • 1 tomato for round boat


  • 1 tomato finely chopped


  • 1/2 onion finely chopped


  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 1/8 cup lettuce leaves


  • For dressing : 2 tbsp tamarind paste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 7-8 Tooth picks


  • 1 cup black gram sprouts (Kale chane)

Directions

  • Boil Kale chane sprouts in water.
  • Drain sprouts. Don't throw water. Use it in soup or dal.
  • Mix all ingredients in boiled sprouts.
  • Add all dressing ingredients. Mix well.
  • Cut cucumber from center. Screw it. Remove seeds part. Like pic. Cut tomato like wise. Remove pulp. Cut carrot in leaves shape.
  • Fill salad in cucumber & tomato boats.
  • Fix tooth picks in carrot Leaves. Fix in boats. See pic.
