Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/4 cup soaked peanuts

  • 1/2 cup tofu/paneer cut in small cubes

  • 1 Cucumber for boat

  • 1 carrot for oars (boat sticks)

  • 1 tomato for round boat

  • 1 tomato finely chopped

  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped

  • 1/8 cup lettuce leaves

  • For dressing : 2 tbsp tamarind paste

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 7-8 Tooth picks

  • 1 cup black gram sprouts (Kale chane)

Directions

    Boil Kale chane sprouts in water.

  • 02

    Drain sprouts. Don't throw water. Use it in soup or dal.

    Mix all ingredients in boiled sprouts.

    Add all dressing ingredients. Mix well.

    Cut cucumber from center. Screw it. Remove seeds part. Like pic. Cut tomato like wise. Remove pulp. Cut carrot in leaves shape.

    Fill salad in cucumber & tomato boats.

  • 07

    Fix tooth picks in carrot Leaves. Fix in boats. See pic.
