Ingredients

  • 1/2cup mung beans


  • 1/2moth beans


  • 2cups water


  • 3tbsp rice flour


  • 1green chilli


  • 1"ginger


  • 3-4garlic cloves


  • 4tbsp grated cheese


  • 1/2tsp salt


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 2tbsp coriender leaves


  • 1cup oil for frying

Directions

  • soak mung and moth beans in water for 3-4hours theb remove water and tie them in to a cottan clothe and keep it in warm place fir 6-7hour for sprouting,time required for sprouting can be change according to weather
  • now take sprouts,garlic ginger green chilli coriender leaves togather and grind to a coarse paste
  • remove this paste in a vessel mix rice flour,salt redchilli powder to it Mix well
  • take small portion of this mixture make a cavity at the centre put some grated cheese and fold give a desired shape And deep fry in hot oil on low flame till goldn crisp texture
  • protien rich bombs are ready serve hot with chutney or sauce
