Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1/2 cup grated paneer


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 2 tsp corn flour


  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence


  • 4 tsp chopped almonds


  • 2 tsp chopped cashews


  • 2 tsp chopped pistachios


  • 1 tsp grated grated coconut


  • 8 biscuit waffers

Directions

  • Boil milk in a thick bottomed pan.
  • Keep stirring the milk so that it shouldn't burn or stick to the bottom.
  • Take 1/4 cup of milk ( at room temperature) and add corn flour, mix properly and add this solution to the boiling milk so that milk gets thicken fastly n keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
  • Now add the grated Paneer , sugar , chopped dry fruits and vanilla essence and cook for more 10 minutes .
  • When milk become perfectly thick just turn off the gas and let it cool completely.
  • When it cools down completely pour the mixture into a ice tray.
  • Cover the Icecream tray using cling wrap or plastic sheet so that crystal shouldn't be there, it should remain soft n smooth.
  • After 8-10 hrs, when the ice cream is ready, we can transfer this ice cream between the wafers and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
