Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 Cup boiled kidney beans


  • 1.5 cup boiled rice


  • 2-3 spoon rice flour


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tomato


  • 5-6 green chilli


  • 2 spoon green coriander


  • 1/8 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/4 black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds and salt

Directions

  • Strain kidney beans, so that extra water can release.
  • Finely chop onion, tomato and green chillis.
  • In a bowl add kidney beans, boiled rice, rice flour, chopped vegetables and all the spices. Now mix well.
  • Now grease the palm and take 2 spoons of the mixture. Roll with the palm and round it.
  • Prepare all the kebabs like it.
  • Now heat oil on a tawa.
  • Place 1-2 kebabs on oil and roast till golden brown.
  • After roasting flip it.
  • Roast it till golden brown from both sides.
