Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 cup milk

  • 7 Almonds

  • 8 Cashew nuts

  • 8 pista

  • 3 walnuts

  • 3 soft dates

  • 3 cardamoms

  • 1tbs pumpkin seeds

  • 1tbs fennel seeds

  • 2 Anjeer

  • 1tbs rock sugar( mishri)

Directions

  • 01

    Soak all the dry fruits separately and remove the skin.

  • 02

    Soak fennel seeds to and draun the water

  • 03

    Chop dates into fine pieces.

  • 04

    In a blender add all the ingredients and little milk to maje a fine paste

  • 05

    Once it grinded well add remaining milk and grind for seconds.

  • 06

    Take out in glasses and serve
