Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 5 tsp suji


  • 2 tsp curd


  • 1 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 carrot chopped


  • 1 capsicum if want chopped


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tsp oil/ghee for preparing


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder or as per your taste


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 1 tsp oregano if provided

Directions

  • Take a bowl put suji curd all spices and mix it well
  • Put some water in it then make its batter medium not to much thick or thin
  • Now put all veggies in batter again mix it well
  • Now hot a pan put 1/2 tsp ghee in it then spread batter in this way so that it looks like a cheela (circle)
  • Roast it for 2 minutes or until the cheela is ready
  • Suji Cheela is ready serve it with sauce or any chutney
