Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 brown bread slices


  • 1 ripe avocado


  • 2 -3 strawberries


  • 3 tsp freshly prepared cottage cheese


  • 1/5 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 medium sized onion chopped


  • 1 small tomato chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 4-5 drops of lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp butter / oil for brushing the tawa

Directions

  • Cut the avocado from the middle and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon.
  • Then mash it with a fork ( Don't overmash it).
  • Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper power, lemon juice, cumin powder and mix it well.
  • Spread this over the bread and then put the cottage cheese over it .
  • Then add sliced strawberries and sprinkle some chaat masala.
  • Brush the tawa with butter/ oil then toast the sandwiches in low flame for 2 minutes.
  • Then your high protein guacomole cottage cheese strawberry sandwiches are ready. Serve hot.
