Cut the avocado from the middle and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon.
Then mash it with a fork ( Don't overmash it).
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper power, lemon juice, cumin powder and mix it well.
Spread this over the bread and then put the cottage cheese over it .
Then add sliced strawberries and sprinkle some chaat masala.
Brush the tawa with butter/ oil then toast the sandwiches in low flame for 2 minutes.
