Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 4 bell peppers=red green orange yellow

  • 1 big diced onion

  • 2 long sliced green chili

  • 5 to 6 garlic ginger long sliced

  • 4 medium potatoes diced and deep fried

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 Pinch of rock salt

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder

  • 1 teaspoon chilli red flakes

  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder

  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds

  • 6 to 7 dices of paneer

  • 1 tablespoon taco green sauce optional to make more flavorful

  • 1 tablespoon hot salsa optional

Directions

    Put some oil in one pan

  • 02

    Add cumin seeds ginger garlic onion green chili

  • 03

    Roast at very low flame till it start spreading oil

  • 04

    Now add pepper and salt and turmeric only

  • 05

    Cover the utensil for 3 to 4 minutes

  • 06

    Now add deep fried potatoes and all the left spices

  • 07

    Now again at very low flame cover the utensil for 6 to 7 minutes.check every after 2 minutes

    Now check when all things mixed together then put both sauces to make tasty and turn the gas off

    Garnish with green onion
