Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup 2 tablespoon corn


  • 2 boiled medium size potatoes mashed or grated


  • 1 onion chopped medium size


  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum


  • 1 green chili finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger


  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste


  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala


  • 2 tablespoon chickpea flour {besan}


  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala


  • 3 bread slices


  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tablespoon corn flour/rice flour {optional}


  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Blend the corn in a mixer, without using any water, to get a coarse paste.
  • Transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl.
  • Now add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion as u like. I gave bullet shape.
  • Heat the oil in a wok and deep fry the bullets till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
