Boil one and half cup water..as water starts boiling switch off the flame and add almonds in it
Cover and keep aside for 5 mins
Mix milk and saffron and keep aside
Drain out the almonds after 5 min and transfer in cold water bowl.Now peel the almonds and soak them in cold water for 1 hrs
Later drain the almonds and put in mixer grinder along with saffron milk and 1/2 cup milk and grind to fine paste
Heat the pan with 2 tsp of ghee.Tranfer grinded almonds along with sugar and cook until it become thick
Place this peda on a greased paper and roll them in a rectangular shape
Cut in desired shape and enjoy
