Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup of lilva (papdi) seeds


  • 1 cup blanched spinach pury


  • 1 teaspoon carrom seeds


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon green chili paste


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste


  • 2 tablespoon oil


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida

Directions

  • In a pan add 2 cup water let it boil and add Lilva seeds let boil it for 5_7 min.
  • Then drain the water and keep aside
  • In a pan add oil,heat it, add carrom seeds, asafetida, green chili paste and garlic paste
  • Then add blanched spinach pury and cook for 1 min. (I used spinach cube as I store it in deep freezer)
  • Then add blanched lilva seeds and mix well
  • Then add salt, turmeric powder and 1/2 cup of water and cover the lid and cook for 3 min.
  • Then serve it in serving plate and garnish with carrot slices
