Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup rice


  • 1/2 cup moong dal


  • 1/2 cup sprouted moong


  • 1/2 cup sprouted moth


  • 1 tablespoon green chilly paste


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 2 tablespoon ghee


  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds


  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds


  • 1 medium size chopped potato


  • 1 medium size chopped onion

Directions

  • In a bowl add rice and moong dal wash it twice
  • Then add 2 cup of water and let it soak for 15 min.
  • Then in a pressure cooker add ghee, mustard, cumin, let it crackle, then add chopped potato, onions and green chili paste
  • Then add soaked dal and rice
  • Then add salt, turmeric powder, sprouted moong and moth, add 2 cup of water and mix well
  • Now cover the lid and make 2 whistle.
  • Then cool it and serve it with gujarati kadi
