Ingredients

Mushroom 8
Grated panner 4 tbsp
Finely chopped spinach 4 tbsp
Cheese grated 4 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Curd 1/4 cup
Maida 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn flakes 1 cup crushed using hand
For broccoli dip : brocoli 1 cup
Curd 3 tbsp
Almond 5
Green chilli 1
Corriander leaves 1 small bunch
Directions
Take out stems from the mushroom
In a bowl add grated panner , grated cheese, finely chopped spinach , salt little pinch, red chilli flakes and mix it using a spoon
Stuff the above said mix inside the back side of mushroom
In another bowl add curd, maida, corn flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, oil, vinegar and mix it well to form a pasta if needed add water
Dip the mushroom in the maida mix and cost well
And then coat the mushroom with crushed corn flakes.
Bake the mushroom in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
For broccoli dip
Cut the broccoli and add it to a boiling water and cook for 10 minutes and train the access water
Soak the almonds for 30 minutes and remove the skin
In a mixie jar add the cooked brocolli , green chilli , almond, corriander leaves , curd 4 tbsp, salt and grind everything well into a paste
