Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup whole Moong sprouts

  • 1 cup whole black gram (Kale chane) sprouts

  • 1/2 cup sprouted peanuts

  • 1/2 chopped cucumber

  • 1 finely chopped carrots

  • 1 tomato cut in small dice

  • 1/2 finely chopped beetroot

  • 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped

  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

  • For dressing : 1 lemon juice

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp chat Masala

  • 1/2 tsp black salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • For garnishing : 2 Spring onion

  • 1 Tomato cut in thin slices.

  • 1 tbsp coriander Leaves

Directions

    Boil sprouts in 1/2 cup water for 2 minutes. Strain it, remove water.

    Prepare dressing: Take one bowl. Add lemon juice, honey, black pepper, black salt, olive oil, chat masala. Mix all.

    Mix sprouts and veggies in to a bowl. Add dressing into salad. Stir it properly.

    Transfer into serving dish. Garnish with to tomato slices, spring onion & coriander.
