Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Moong dal- 1/2cup


  • Couliflower- 2florets


  • Capsicum- 1/4


  • Carrot- 1small


  • Beans- 4 to 5


  • Green peas- 1/4cup


  • Onion- 1medium


  • Ginger- 1/2 inch 1/2inch


  • Green chili- 1


  • Haldi- 1pinch


  • Red chili powder- 1/4tsp


  • Cumin- 1/2tsp


  • Cumin powder- 1/2tap


  • Coriander powder- 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala- 1/4tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves- 3tbsp

Directions

  • Soak moong dal for half an hour. Then drain and grind it to a smooth paste by adding cumin, ginger and green chilli
  • Chop all the veggies. In a sauce pan add veggies, water and salt blanch
  • In a mixing bowl add everything and mox properly
  • Now heat a medium non stick frying pan and add little amount of oil
  • Then pour all the batter at a time. Drizzle all the oil over it and cover and cook
  • Cook this for15 to 20mins.
  • Insert a skewer to ckeck
  • If u want u can even flip to get golden crust on both side.
