Soak moong dal for half an hour. Then drain and grind it to a smooth paste by adding cumin, ginger and green chilli
Chop all the veggies. In a sauce pan add veggies, water and salt blanch
In a mixing bowl add everything and mox properly
Now heat a medium non stick frying pan and add little amount of oil
Then pour all the batter at a time. Drizzle all the oil over it and cover and cook
Cook this for15 to 20mins.
Insert a skewer to ckeck
If u want u can even flip to get golden crust on both side.
