500 gm chicken leg 2 pis ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp garlic powder 4 dry red chillies 2 kashmiri red chilli 12-15 garlic clove 2 cm ginger 7-8 small onion 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp oil 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp honey 1&½ tbsp garlic schezwan sauce 3 tbsp soy sauce Lemon leaf Parsly 1 lemon 2 green chillies Salt to taste Water
Directions
. 1 St marinate the chicken leg with garlic powder, black pepper powder, and salt, mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. . Then all the spice mixed and grind together and make a smooch paste. . Nw take a pan and heat the oil & butter. Add smooth paste.. Saute 3-4 min. . After a minute add marinated chicken&onion and fry both side 3-4 min.. . Now add parsly , lemon leaf, salt and 1 cup water.. Cover&cook 25 min. Stirring occasionally. . Nw add honey, garlic schezwan sauce, soy sauce and Cover&cook 5-7min.. .chicken stew is ready, served hot garinch with parsly, green chilli, and lemon
