coconut milk-1/2 cup
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 TSP
Coriander powder-1/2 TSP
Pepper powder-1/2 TSP
Salt- as per need 1.5 tsp
curry leaves-3 as per need
Mustard 1 tsp
Cooking oil- as per need upto 1tbsp
Ginger- 1 small piece
Garlic- 1 clove
Green chilly 10 nos.
Cut green chilly, ginger, garlic Nd keep it aside.
Cut onion and tomato into small pieces. Nd keep it separately.
Take a pan and add cooking oil into it.
Add mustard Nd curry leaves into the pan.and stir it.
To this add green chilly,ginger Nd garlic and stir it
Add onion into this and stir it until it gets brown in colour
To this add all masala powder ( chilly powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder,pepper powder) stir it until the fresh smell goes.
. Add tomato to this and stir again.
Add cleaned prawn Nd cook for 5 minutes
Add coconut milk and stir it. Then cook for 10-15 minutes.
Prawns roast / prawn curry is ready. U can serve it with rice or bread.:)
