  • Maida 1 cup

  • egg white 2

  • milk 1/4 cup

  • sugar 2 tbsp

  • butter 50 gram


  • Whip the egg white with sugar, and keep aside
  • Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl
  • Add maida and milk to the bowl then mix well
  • Add the whipped egg white to the maida mixture and mix well slowly..
  • Heat the pan and pour the mix to the pan and cook in low heat.
  • Transfer the one side cooked Fluffy pancake into a serving plate.
  • If you want, can decorate it with some sprinkles and icing sugar or coco powder
