Maida 1 cup
egg white 2
milk 1/4 cup
sugar 2 tbsp
butter 50 gram
Directions
Whip the egg white with sugar, and keep aside
Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl
Add maida and milk to the bowl then mix well
Add the whipped egg white to the maida mixture and mix well slowly..
Heat the pan and pour the mix to the pan and cook in low heat.
Transfer the one side cooked Fluffy pancake into a serving plate.
If you want, can decorate it with some sprinkles and icing sugar or coco powder
