Pamplet Fish - 1 large
10 garlic cloves
1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
4-5 basil leaves
2 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp salt to taste
Grind all the ingredients to smooth paste.
Clean and make slits on the fish.
Apply the paste all over the fish properly.
Keep it in fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
Place the fish in griller for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve it with your favourite dish.
