Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted oats


  • 1 cup mashed potato


  • 4 tbsp chopped carrot


  • 4 tbsp chopped onion


  • 2 tbsp chopped chillies


  • 1 tsp ginger powder


  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • 1 tbsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp yogurt


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 small cup refined oil

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and make a dough.
  • Take out small portions of the dough and make small balls of the dough.
  • Flatten them with hands to form their shape like cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Shallow fry until both the sides are brown.
  • Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
