Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cup WATER


  • 2 GREEN ILAICHI OR GREEN CARDAMOM


  • 2 LAUNG OR CLOVES


  • 1 teaspoon FENNEL SEEDS


  • 1 teaspoon grated GINGER


  • 1/2 small piece of CINNAMON STICK


  • 1 big ILAICHI OR BLACK CARDAMOM


  • 1/2 cup WARM MILK


  • 2 tablespoons SUGAR OR MORE ACCORDING TO TASTE


  • 1 tablespoon TEA LEAVES OR INDIAN CHAI PATTI

Directions

  • First boil water
  • Crush ginger and all the ingredients one by one
  • Now add in warm water one by one
  • Stir for at least 2 minutes and then add warm milk
  • Take two boils
  • Delicious and nutritious masala chai is ready to serve and cure cough related all allergies
  • It has great anti inflammatory properties which can quickly cure problems related headaches and morning sickness
