1 cup soaked red lentils/masoor dal
1/2 cup oats
100 gram grated paneer
50 gram Soya granules
2 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chilli
1/4 Cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic-ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt as per taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
4-5 tabs oil for frying
firstly soak the Soya granules in warm water for 15 minutes.
now take a grinder and add Soya granules in it and grind it.
now add soaked red lentil into the pressure cooker and cook it for about one whistles.
take oats into the Blender jar and coarsely grind it.
in a bowl add boiled Dal, Soya granules, oats paneer, onion, tomato puree, garlic, green chilli, black pepper salt and coriander leaves mix everything well.
mix properly everything well together and make dough foam.
now take a Little Portion from the dough mixture make Kabab and put cashew nut into each kabab.
heat up a pain on medium flame add oil and place the kebab into it.
cook it until little turn light golden colour both sides.
now dal oats Soya Kabab is already. serve with any chutney or sause.
