  • 600 gram plain oats

  • 200 gram all purpose flour

  • 150 gram chilled butter

  • 150gram brown sugar

  • 150 gram white sugar

  • 10 gram cocoa powder

  • 10 ml vegetable oil

  • 25 gram chopped peanut

  • 25 gram chopped almond

  • 30 gram kismis

  • 2.5 gram baking powder

  • 1.25 gram baking soda

  • 10ml honey

  • 45 ml milk (if need)


  • Take all plain oats in A bowl.
  • Add all purpose flour .
  • Add baking powder.
  • add baking soda.
  • Add cocoa powder.
  • mix all the dry ingredients well.
  • In a other bowl great chilled butter.
  • wisk it with hand blender until it's become soft.
  • then add white sugar.
  • mix the sugar very well for 5 minutes.
  • now add the brown sugar.
  • again mix the brown sugar very well for 5 minutes.
  • now add the half of the dry ingredients mixture.
  • mix it with a spatula in cut and fold technique.
  • add the rest dry ingredients mixture.
  • mix all the ingredients gently.
  • add honey and mix well.
  • add milk and mix it gently with your hands .
  • add chopped peanuts and kismish.
  • with your hands gently mix and make a soft dough.
  • cover the dough mixture and put it into a fridge for 15 minutes
  • take out the mixture and make small balls from it.
  • Brush oil on your hand and press the dough ball.
  • put some chopped Almonds on it and press it again like a flat disk.
  • grease a baking tray and lining it with butter paper.
  • place the flat cookie disks in the tray . Maintain 1 inch gap between two cookie disk.
  • bake the cookies for 15 minutes in A preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade.
  • take out the cookies from the oven.
  • place the cookies on cooling rack.
  • enjoy the oats and nuts cookies with A cup of tea or coffe or anytime you want.
