Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 15-20 mushrooms


  • 2 onions (optional)


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)


  • 1 tsp Chat Masala


  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala


  • 1 /2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 /2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds (ajwain)


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Remove skin of onion. Cut into 1 once cubes.
  • For marination :Take one big bowl. Put mushrooms and onion cubes. Add all ingredients.
  • Combine all properly.
  • Keep the bowl in fridge for 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Set microwave on convection mode. Preheat on 200° c for 10 minutes.
  • Now screw mushrooms and onion cubes in bamboo or wire screwer.
  • Keep them on microwave safe tray. Drizzle some butter or oil over it.
  • Put thus tray in preheated microwave. Cook on convection mode 200°c for 10 minutes.
  • After 5 minute turn its side.
  • Then press grill pad of microwave. And set grill for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some chat masala. Serve hot.
