MUSHROOM TIKKA MASALA

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 15-20 mushrooms

  • 2 onions (optional)

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)

  • 1 tsp Chat Masala

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 /2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 /2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds (ajwain)

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Remove skin of onion. Cut into 1 once cubes.

    For marination :Take one big bowl. Put mushrooms and onion cubes. Add all ingredients.

    Combine all properly.

  • 04

    Keep the bowl in fridge for 30 minutes to marinate.

    Set microwave on convection mode. Preheat on 200° c for 10 minutes.

    Now screw mushrooms and onion cubes in bamboo or wire screwer.

    Keep them on microwave safe tray. Drizzle some butter or oil over it.

    Put thus tray in preheated microwave. Cook on convection mode 200°c for 10 minutes.

    After 5 minute turn its side.

  • 10

    Then press grill pad of microwave. And set grill for 10 minutes.

    Sprinkle some chat masala. Serve hot.
