Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups moong sprouts


  • 1/2 cups tofu (soyabean paneer) cut in small cubes


  • 1 nos cucumber finely chopped


  • 1 nos carrot finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomato chopped


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 2-3 tbsp for dressing : tomato sauce


  • 1 nos lemon juice


  • 2 tsp olive oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 cups for garnish : hung curd or sour cream


  • 1 tbsp leaves coriander chopped


  • 6-7 nos cubes of tofu

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly.
  • In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Mix all. Add it in salad. Combine all.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, hung curd & tofu cubes.
