Ingredients

1 cups moong sprouts
1/2 cups tofu (soyabean paneer) cut in small cubes
1 nos cucumber finely chopped
1 nos carrot finely chopped
1 nos tomato chopped
1 nos onion finely chopped
2-3 tbsp for dressing : tomato sauce
1 nos lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 cups for garnish : hung curd or sour cream
1 tbsp leaves coriander chopped
6-7 nos cubes of tofu
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly.
In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Mix all. Add it in salad. Combine all.
Garnish with coriander leaves, hung curd & tofu cubes.
