Ingredients

  • Dalia- 2tbsp


  • Moong dal- 4tbsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp


  • Red chili powder - 1/2tsp


  • Salt- 1/2tsp


  • Couliflower- 1floret


  • Carrot- 1


  • Beans- 3


  • Green peas- 1/2cup


  • Ghee- 1/2tsp


  • Chana dal- 1tbsp


  • Peanut- 1tbsp


  • Samber powder- 1tbsp


  • Cumin- 1/4tsp


  • Mustard- 1/4tsp


  • Lemon juice- 1/2


  • Tomato- 1

Directions

  • Dry roast moong dal and dalia and soak for 15mins.
  • Chop all tye veggies and keep aside
  • In a pressure cooker add moing dal nf dalia and also veggies and add required water. Also salt, red chili and haldi to it and cook for 2 whistle
  • In a kadai add ghee, mustard and cumin and chana dal and peanut and saute up to crispy then add tue boiled ingredients and mix
  • Now add samber powder and lemin juice and finish
  • I like this bit watery and u can make it normal
