Ingredients

  • Broad beans - 1/2cup


  • Black mustard- 1tbsp


  • Yellow mustard- 1tbsp


  • Salt to taste- 1/2tsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp


  • Red chili powder- 1/4tsp


  • Cumin- 1/2tsp


  • Garlic- 4 to 5cloves


  • Whole red chili- 1


  • Onion- 1


  • Green chili- 1


  • Chopped coriander leaves- 2tbsp


  • Tomato- 1medium


  • Mustard oil- 1tsp

Directions

  • Soak broad beans for over night and then boil for a whistle
  • In a blender jar add mustdrd, cumin, garlic, red chili and half tomato and make a paste
  • Then in a mixing bowl add drained boiled beans, add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili, half tomato and haldi, rex chili powder and salt. Also add paste and mix properly
  • Add mustard oil to it.
  • Preheat oven for 10 mins. Then in a silver foil add all ingredients and cover.
  • Cook this in oven in 220 degree Celsius for 20 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice
