Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 gms


  • Onion - 1 large


  • Tomatos - 2


  • Butter - 125 gms


  • Fresh cream - 100 gms


  • Cashews - 20


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp


  • Bay leaf - 1


  • Cinnamon - 1 inch


  • Cardamom - 1-2


  • Cloves - 2


  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp


  • Salt - 1/2 tsp


  • Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 Tbsp


  • Corriander powder - 1 Tbsp


  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp


  • Kasuri methi - 1 Tsp

Directions

  • Take a pan, add half butter. To this add onion. Saute until golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste then addtomatos and cook until they turn soft, add cashews finally & cool down & grind the mixture using some water.
  • Take the pan, add remaining butter, bayleaf, cinnamom,cardamom,cloves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, grinded paste and saute.
  • Now add salt, corriander powder. Now cover and cook for 5 mins.
  • Now add fresh cream, corriander, and paneer. Now add garam masala & kasuri methi.
  • Now paneer butter masala is ready. Serve it with butter naan.
