Take a pan, add half butter. To this add onion. Saute until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste then addtomatos and cook until they turn soft, add cashews finally & cool down & grind the mixture using some water.
Take the pan, add remaining butter, bayleaf, cinnamom,cardamom,cloves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, grinded paste and saute.
Now add salt, corriander powder. Now cover and cook for 5 mins.
Now add fresh cream, corriander, and paneer. Now add garam masala & kasuri methi.
Now paneer butter masala is ready. Serve it with butter naan.
