First of all wash basmati rice and soak in sufficient water for 20 minutes
Wash soya chunks and soak in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes
Add, Cloves, Black pepper corns, 1 tablespoon of oil and salt according to taste in soaked rice and cook for 10 minutes until half done.
Chop tomato and onion vertically, take crushed garlic.
Take fried onion
Heat oil in heavy bottom pan, add jeera , vertically chopped tomato onion and crushed garlic. Fry until soft and golden brown. Add all the spices along with Biryani masala and cook until it starts leaving oil.
Squeeze out excess water from soaked soya chunks and add to sauteed onion tomato masala and cook for sometime. Mix well everything and cook covered for next 5 minutes .
Now add half done rice to it amd and mix gently everything. Cook covered on very low heat for next 10 minutes . Keep a pan under Cooking pan to avoid sticking from bottom .
Lastly, top it with chopped coriander, mint leaves ,and garnish with fried onion and fried cashew nuts.
Serve hot with raita or flavoured curd or as it is . It's just yum, enjoy endlessly with family and friends
