Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 cup chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cup ghee

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Add some water and knead a dough. It should not be as soft as the dough we make for roti. For this we add very less water and make balls. ( Make each ball at the time of rolling it )
  • Heat tawa.
  • Roll a thick thalipeeth and prick it with fork or make holes with finger.
  • Apply oil on tawa and cook this thalipeeth on low flame.
  • Add oil in regular intervals if needed. Using a bowl press it from all side. Cook the other side in same way.
  • Cook it until it turns golden brown .
  • Add ghee on top and serve.
  • It tastes good with coriander chutney.
