Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.
Add some water and knead a dough. It should not be as soft as the dough we make for roti. For this we add very less water and make balls. ( Make each ball at the time of rolling it )
Heat tawa.
Roll a thick thalipeeth and prick it with fork or make holes with finger.
Apply oil on tawa and cook this thalipeeth on low flame.
Add oil in regular intervals if needed. Using a bowl press it from all side. Cook the other side in same way.
Cook it until it turns golden brown .
Add ghee on top and serve.
It tastes good with coriander chutney.
