Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup chopped methi/ fenugreek leaves


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste


  • 1 cup oil for frying.


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste

Directions

  • Mix in all ingredients in a bowl except oil.
  • Add 1 cup water so that we get a pakoda batter.
  • Heat oil until hot . Add 1 tsp oil in the batter and mix it well.
  • Now using a spoon drop small pakoda into the oil and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Remove on a paper napkin and serve hot with ketchup or lemon pickle.
