Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 grams maath bhaji


  • 1 large onion chopped


  • 2 dried red chillies


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Pick leaves and wash it under water. chop it and keepaside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. wait till it pops
  • Add red chilli and onion. Saute till onion turns translucent.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder
  • Add the chopped bhaji (leaves) and mix well. cook on medium flame and wait till leaves shrink in size.
  • Serve hot.
