Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 200 grams maath bhaji

  • 1 large onion chopped

  • 2 dried red chillies

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

    Pick leaves and wash it under water. chop it and keepaside.

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. wait till it pops

  • 03

    Add red chilli and onion. Saute till onion turns translucent.

    Add salt and turmeric powder

  • 05

    Add the chopped bhaji (leaves) and mix well. cook on medium flame and wait till leaves shrink in size.

    Serve hot.
